Wellbeing programme

Although the NCRI Cancer Conference offers a fantastic opportunity to pack 3 days full of educational sessions and networking, we appreciate that the days can often be long and tiring. That’s why we’re incorporating a number of activities into our programme to increase your wellbeing and boost your energy levels ensuring you make the most of your time in Glasgow.

Relaxation sessions

Start the day with a meditation/relaxation session run by Yogability, Glasgow. These sessions will run between 08:15 – 08:45 in the Exhibition Hall on Monday 5th November and Tuesday 6th November, and are a great way to feel refreshed throughout the day!

No gym wear required – simply head over in your business attire.

Early morning jog

We’d like to invite all delegates to kick their morning off with a short run before the Conference begins. The run will start and finish within the SEC complex following a route alongside the River Clyde. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend – you are welcome to jog or walk the route instead.

Spaces are bookable through the Conference registration link (booking is preferred, but not essential). If you’ve already registered, simply log back into your registration and select the morning run on the sessions page.
