Programme session type(s): Wellbeing programme
During this session we will discuss the book ‘Histories’ by Sam Guglani. Follow the conversation on Twitter @BookOncology @NCRI_Partners
The Wellbeing Programme at the NCRI Cancer Conference is an experiment. The Humanities sessions part of this Programme are facilitated by a group of oncologists wondering… could the humanities help us resist the inhumanities of life in hospital?
Does art have anything to offer oncology? Could a play change our view of the world we live and work in? Could we learn more from a poem than a lecture?
We will be occupying space for your mind to explore alongside the main conference sessions at NCRI 2019 in Glasgow. Come and say hello.
