This session explains the role of patient and public involvement (PPI) in cancer research, why it is important and how you can get involved. Panellists share their experiences of being a PPI representative (also known as ‘consumers’), or working with PPI representatives. The session also highlights the range of different involvement opportunities across the NCRI Partnership and beyond, with a view to encourage many more people to get involved in cancer research.
